I was extremely worn out before going training last night, which is weird because I have not done Tapout XT this week since I designated it for recovery. I have been sleeping well also. I can only put it down to poor hydration or the humid weather sucking the life out of me. The heat will end at close of this month so that is something. I'm training hard for my competition though. After class last night I did about 20 minutes of drilling escapes with a white belt. I'm the only person who drills after class. Let's hope it gives me an edge further down the line.
