The plyometrics last night was brutal. After a long day at work to come home and kill myself doing that workout was extreme. My legs felt like lead after it and I could hardly get up the stairs. While doing the jumps all I could think was how insane it was and when is the next break. In contrast, the yoga workout this morning was so much fun. It doesn't get any better than stretching in the morning for over 50 minutes. Change the scenario to a warm beach and throw in a hot bikini clad partner to that and it might get close to heaven.
