So I did Ab Ripper X tonight after I got home. It wasn't really hard to be honest. I got through it all and the bonus at the end. When I think about it, at jiu-jitsu class I am on the floor rolling around and using my abs a lot even though I'm not aware of it. I will keep it up throughout the week, perhaps rotate with Ab workouts from RevAbs. The thing is. I can see practical use to ab workout now, other than getting a 6-pack. I can see me using these muscles a lot so people don't pass my guard or needing my abs to be strong for escapes. It makes me push harder for sure during the ab workout.
