Feeling better today after a good nights sleep. I have a cold sore which tells me that either I've been pushing myself too hard or too much sun. I took some zinc last night, that always helps. The workout was ok. I didn't actually feel it so much and thought that I am probably ready for something harder. My diet is not so great. Breakfast and lunch are fine but I snack still and drink canned coffee. It helps to take away the boredom of work.
