Rev Abs Day 2: Fire up your abs
Woke up at 6 am very groggy and the rain pouring outside because we have a typhoon coming. After washing off my face, draining my bladder, I went to it. This workout was 45 minutes long and concentrating on the abs with a little cardio. I felt great afterwards. So much so that I decided to experiment with a new shake. I put frozen strawberries in with some mango flavoured protein and it tasted amazing. I think it will be an incentive to get my arse out of bed in the mornings to work out. Wake up and exercise = delicious beverage!
