Just did the Steve Maxwell hip mobility routine. Roughly 20 mins of hip stretching with muscle strengthening exercises. Some of them were quite hard especially on my hardwood floor. I feel a twinge from my old groin tear injury so will keep doing this workout to help it. He guarantees that you will be more durable in lower back and the groin regions. That's what I need. It made me sweat plus got my hips feeling less tight. Thankyou Steve.
