So I did some cardio tonight. I have 2 medicine balls sitting gathering dust so decided to put them to some use. Tony's 1-on-1 workout was ok. It got me sweating towards the end. I was probably doing around 60% effort because of my groin strain I had to take it easy and not squat deep or extend too much. Even so it was worth doing it. In fact, it was nice to get through a beachbody workout because it has been some time.

Wasn't a bad workout at all and better than sitting around on my backside which I would have done.
