Invalid Workout 4 Meets Tabata

Last night I got home and went right to it. Tabata training with the medicine ball doing push ups for 8 sets. Then I used the medicine ball again and did sit ups for 8 sets. All of that was Tabata intervals. The push ups were good (although on knees) and I feel the muscles aching today like an old friend come back to stay. I finished with some ab wheel and pull ups. Tabata is great for a quick workout. I plan to do neck at a later day of this week.

Hopefully Wednesday will see my cast taken off. I am so tired of hopping around and itching to get back to jiu-jitsu. Every morning I listen to Fightworks podcasts to get me worked up and keep my mind thinking about training.
