Rev Abs Day 8: Power Intervals

Monday morning is the hard day. It's the wall that puts itself in front of you. I'm sure there are many people like me who find it hard to motivate themselves on a Monday. This applies to anything, especially work. I still did the workout this morning and at the start told myself that I would take it easy. I didn't. It's just a trick to get you over the initial bump. I did feel fatigued though, no doubt.
