The last few days the dojo has been closed so I couldn't go to BJJ even though I scheduled to do it. I did however get down and do my Ab RipperX workouts and the Cardio1-2 plus splatterings of Yoga over the last week. It has been fairly easy to get through but I sweat buckets in this humidity even though I don't feel the strain of the workouts. AbRipperX was easier than I remember. Perhaps because BJJ gets me to use my abs a lot more than I used to. I think it's safe to say that any BJJ practitioner worth his salt can get through this routine with maybe a bit of struggle at some points.
