I wanted to just relax a little tonight so I did about 30 minutes of Ginastica Natural just to get a little warmth in the muscles and take the stress away. I like the movement, it supplements ground fighting.
I've started taking Glutamine now. Just started taking 5 grams and see how it goes. It apparently helps gut function and promotes muscle building. I just feel tired right now because it's Friday but I'll keep an eye on what affect it has on me.
