After getting home last night I worked out for 40 minutes with a kettlebell. I'm starting to get used to the unusual feel of the weight. I'd like to get a box of chalk dust though because when my hands are sweaty I worry it will go flying through a wall or something disastrous. My Turkish getups are getting a bit better too. They are a very similar movement to the BJJ technical standup. My legs were wobbling a little after the workout so I know I worked hard.
