On the Mat Day 297: Guard Passing

I trained on Friday night and just really worked hard at not getting injured or worsening my hip. It is much better now that I have rested and not done anything crazy. For the next 3 weeks before my competition I just need to get my sleep and diet in order. Because it's been 6 months since my last competition I went to watch one today to acclimitize myself to the action. Also, 2 white belts from our club were having their debut and I wanted to see how they would do. Here they are:
