I have just been taking it easy this past week on my summer holidays. Mostly I have been stretching and eating. Probably more of the latter. Letting old wounds heal and allowing myself to recover after BJJ and 4 weeks of Rev Abs. I plan to go BJJ tomorrow night and start the 2nd part of Rev Abs from Monday morning. I think a 4 week on 1 week off will be the best option for me. The summer heat is still kicking my arse.
I did the first 40 mins of Yoga MC2 tonight which is the new Tony Horton yoga DVD. It was a really great workout/stretch. I felt so relaxed after a hard day of DIY around the home. If I could do just 1 think to keep me fit it would be Yoga...well until I started getting hungry for some BJJ.
