Chest and Back last night. I did an extra rep for each exercise so it's an improvement. My arms feel like lead doing the push ups/pull ups, but that's to be expected after such a lay off of the weights.
Tonight I did Yoga and could finally relax. When I've done Yoga in the past year I haven't been able to just think in the moment. Tonight I could.
I bought the Kid Peligro's book and am enjoying reading it on the train. It gives me a lot of tips and info that I would not receive here, partly because of time constraints, language barrier with my instructor and my lack of being overly inquisitive. I believe this book will help me a lot.
