P90X Day 5: Shoulders and Arms - AbRipper X
I'm actually feeling quite good today. The weather is better and my muscles don't ache so much as normal. I smacked out this routine but at a lower weight than I used to do. I found it a bit boring to be honest but if it shapes up my arms and improves my strength, which I have lost, then it's all good. I easily whipped through Abripper. I think anyone who has done BJJ for a year could breeze through it with the odd grunt here or there. The protein shake at the end was a nice end to the evening. Slurp.
