Working the Cardio
I worked out the creaks and aches yesterday with Yoga then today I did Plyometrics for about 30 minutes with Tony H. It is a lot easier to bust out a workout if you know it's only gonna be 30 mins instead of the gruelling 1 hour he has you do. My legs need to get used to lactic build up, I felt it doing the workout and will probably ache tomorrow. All for a good cause though because I plan to enter the Dumau competition in Handa on Dec. 12th.
