Power 90: Cardio Intervals

I was feeling good tonight despite getting little sleep the previous night so decided to do a workout. I cut the Cardio Intervals workout down to 30 minutes and just went through it. It felt good to work up a little sweat and it's been a while since I've seen Tony on the video.
