After spending the day off work due to feeling sick yesterday I felt I needed to get back on track. I think it was a combination of Monday blues, shitty weather, busy weekend and my body recovering from injuries that made me feel like I was run down. Tonight I got back home and wanted to do 1-on-1 cardio intervals but wasn't up to it so I did Yoga. It's been a while and as soon as I got into upward dog my back just popped and I had a moment of bliss where my body just said "Thank you". It was a well spent 40 minutes. I must keep doing it every week.
