I've just finished doing the latest 1-on-1 with Tony Horton. It's a 35 minute yoga workout but with an emphasis on slow and relaxation. While doing it I just couldn't help wondering why I don't do more yoga. It keeps me supple and strong and also relates to jiu-jitsu in that it promotes balance and relaxation of the muscles. My muscles feel warm and stretched right now. This workout is definately one I will be doing more of. A must before bed to get you a peaceful night sleep or a great way to stretch the body out after waking up.
