My groin strain has almost healed just my leg has lost a lot of strength which I hope to get back over time. There was a good mix of people at the club. Enough to let me be the hammer and the nail. Some very technical guys came along and tested me hard.
My plan is to work on defence a lot more than attacks. Over the next year I want to achieve a comfortable method of escapes I can go to and defensive postures I can use. I also want to study the self-defence aspect of BJJ more and get my son into doing it more with me.
