Stretching and Light Workout
I woke up a bit stiff so took about 40 minutes to stretch all my aches and pains away. That felt really good. I need to stretch more often, it is not something I should be overlooking. In the evening I also did 155 push ups in sets then I messed around with my son trying to get him interested in jiu-jitsu by using the Bullyproof games on him. My 3 year old daughter seemed more interested. Damn those Gracies for having a baseball team size number of sons. I only have the one to work with. I also dug up an old competition video of me in December 2010. The guy did a nice takedown on me.
