Rev Abs Day 6: Power Intervals
I thought about leaving this workout for tonight but for some reason my body kept trying to wake me up at 7 am and telling me to do it now. So I did. Single leg squats were tiring, then I got to the burpees which were great. Really went for it and had a nice breakfast to finish.
