In an effort to improve my stamina I will do the RevAbs workouts. I kept to the program and started with "Total Strength" this morning. I am shocked at how bad my muscular endurance has dropped since I did P90X about 2 years ago. It could have been a lot worse if I didn't do BJJ.
Anyway, I did most of the workout with a medicine ball. The workout was ok, P90X is harder but this is a good place to start for me. Finished up and had a nice protein shake, peanut butter/banana on bread and melon. Very healthy start to the day.
