P90X Day 3: Yoga

Just finished 40 mins of Yoga and the AbRipperX. I tried the new 1-on-1 yoga MC2. It got a few crinks out of my body and I feel good now. The routines were much harder than before and Tony Horton really seems to have improved a lot both in his flexibility and yoga athleticism. Yoga is great for BJJ, for balance and flexibility.

AbRipperX was over before I knew it. Still a good workout though. Still dont like Fiffer scissors.
