P90X Day 27: 30 mins well spent
Everytime I do Yoga that is what I think. My body feels great afterwards, all the kinks, all the knots taken out. Last night I also did Core Synergistics. Out of all the P90X routines I think this one is the most beneficial to BJJ. Lots of core work and balance. The Plank to Chatarunga Runs are great for simulating core strength and building endurace for double or single leg takedowns and sprawls.
