I did Cardio X last night from the P90X workouts. Fairly easy routine for me but it was good to get loosened up especially during these cold months.
Stats are:
Total time: 42 mins
Average HR: 102
Max HR: 159
In zone: 11 mins
Calories burnt: 336
Not really strenuous. I will probably not do this one again and go back to either Plyometrics or Cardio Intervals.
