I listened to the podcast tonight on the way home. The guy was talking about specific exercises to help BJJ. He mentioned pull ups being the best which was cool since that's what I did a lot of last year. Also, neck muscle workouts were his no. 1 suggestion for anyone doing BJJ. I got home tonight and did the usual workout, pull ups, medicine ball and ab wheel. Felt good. At the end I added a few neck exercises because I definately need to build strength up there. Glad I decided to do something instead of feeling sorry for myself.
